Btw., just where were all of these whining politicians when they effortlessly passed the Wall St. Bailout bill, in one short week, no less? They seem to be only concerned when a "bailout" (of nearly the same dollar amount as the one given to a small group of elite financiers) goes to ALL of the American people, combined. This is infuriating beyond.

Pro ---> GREAT ONE! Will have to remember any number of your word - analysis on the real AIG. Insofar as Budget - "JESUS H!", as my Mum would say. America's finally gone off the deep end. Q: When will Americans wake up?!?counterspiNYChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01454373393077453634noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1984226788347432249.post-9869999718499577632009-03-16T01:08:00.000-07:002009-03-16T01:08:00.000-07:00AIG = Allowing Irreversible Greed.AIG = All in Gre...AIG = Allowing Irreversible Greed.
AIG = All in Greed.
AIG = Arn't I Greedy.
AIG = A$#holes, in general.

This is sick. Why in the world are we helping these companies that keep sending millions to people who do not know how to run a company? They cry yet get paid millions on the "average joes" taxes. Furthermore, I fear this is just the tip of the iceberg. Look what Enterprise rent-a-car did to get bailout funds:

http://www.butasforme.com/2009/02/25/alert-enterprise-rent-a-car-may-have-fired-employees-as-fake-evidence-when-lobbing-for-bailout-money/

Not to make excuses for these people, but the bailouts are making crooks out of everyone that touches the money.Juhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13971070789037251364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1984226788347432249.post-11997786888014906442009-03-15T13:31:00.000-07:002009-03-15T13:31:00.000-07:00AIG’s all just the world’s biggest Ponzi scheme! O...AIG’s all just the world’s biggest Ponzi scheme! Of course there’s no transparency. The people who claim to be fixing it were all in positions to have had something to do (or look the other way) with the making of the Wall Street debacle.

I was opposed to the bailout from the very start. While I knew there would be consequences with AIG’s failure, I figured at least the executives would have to take their lumps, too. And I figured my share would be less. Instead, we’re all paying and the executives are pocketing it. With no end in sight.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
